refers to the language and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) lessons provided by the Company, through its Teachers, to Enrolled Pupils.
Enrolled Pupil
refers to an Eligible Child who is registered to receive Education Services in the Partner Daycare Center.
Lesson
refers to the 30-45-minute weekly group class delivered by the Company's appointed Teacher to an Enrolled Pupil at the Partner Daycare Center.
Partner Daycare Center
refers to the daycare facilities that are part of the Company’s partner network.
Subscriber
refers to the Parent who subscribes to the Education Service in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Subscription Fees
refers to the monthly subscription fees payable by the Subscriber to the Company for the Education Services offered by the Company at the Partner Daycare Center.
Teacher
refers to an employee or sub-contractor the Company engages in delivering Education Services to an Enrolled Pupil at the Partner Daycare Center.
3. Collection and Use of Personal Information
‘Personal Information’ refers to any item of information that can be used to identify an individual. Your Personal Information includes but is not limited to your name, email address, phone number, billing address, information relating to your child and even your IP address.
There is some Personal Information that you voluntarily provide us when you use our Services and other Personal Information that we can automatically collect when you visit our Website.
You may decline to submit any voluntarily submitted Personal Information; however, you understand that your refusal to provide any information required to deliver our Services may result in us not being able to deliver that Service to you.
3.1. Personal Information we collect from our users includes but is not limited to:
● Subscribers full name;

● Enrolled Pupil’s name and date of birth,
● Information that the Subscriber provides us when they participate in our surveys or promotions;

● Information we may receive about a Subscriber or an Enrolled Pupil from third parties, such as our Partner Daycare Centres.
3.2. We collect and use our users’ Personal Information in the following circumstances:
3.2.1. When you subscribe to our Education Service
When you subscribe to our Education Services, we collect the following Personal Information from you (“Subscription Information”):
● Your full name;
● Your email address;
● Your phone number;
● Your billing address;
● Your Enrolled Pupil’s full name and date of birth.
We use your Subscription Information for the following purposes:
● To process your Subscription Fee; and
● To provide Education Services to the Enrolled Pupil;
● To process any cancellations and refund requests, if applicable; and
● For our accounting and legal compliance purposes.
Please note that although you provide your payment details when subscribing to Education Service on the Website, your payment card data is directly collected and processed by the third-party payment processor in accordance with their own legal policies. We do not collect or store any payment card data on our database.
3.2.2. When you send us your inquiries or requests
When you send us an email or contact us by phone, you provide us with your name, your contact details (phone or email address), and any other Personal Information contained in your message.
We use this information to understand and respond to your messages and take other actions required to service your request.
3.2.3. When you subscribe to our marketing newsletter
If you subscribe to receive marketing communication from us or contact us in response to our marketing campaigns, we will collect the following Personal Information from you:

For the avoidance of any doubt, we will only disclose such Personal Information that is necessary for our Service Providers to perform their functions on our behalf. Our Service Providers will only use your Personal Information as authorized by us. In no event will our Service Providers be allowed to use your Personal Information for any purpose other than as expressly instructed by us.
4.2. Change of Ownership

California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”) requires us to inform our users how we respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. We currently do not respond to DNT signals.

We only collect Enrolled Pupils’ Personal Information with the verified consent of the parent/legal guardian solely for the provision of Education Services. We do not market our Website to children or allow children to submit any Personal Information to us through our Website.

These third-party websites are governed by their own legal Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
