What we do
Leni Tutors teaches Math & Science and Spanish Language enrichment classes to little children in Katy, TX. We work with toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-aged children (ages 2 & up).
In science, your child will learn the names of animals, insects, plants, body organs, cell types, cell organelles, chemical molecules, atoms, mechanisms, and materials. We will introduce your child to scientific concepts of life cycles, biological functions, energy forms, chemical reactions, coding, and computer technology.
In math, your child will learn quantities, count 1 to 100, count back 20 to 1, practice basic addition and subtraction, learn fractions. We also introduce simple geometry to children (angles, shapes, measurements: length, width and height).
We present material in a simple way so little children can easily understand. We do not do wet experiments. We use STEM toys, books, cards, and songs. All toys are safe and age-appropriate. Class is once a week for 30 minutes.
We aim to introduce science and math to little children as early as possible. We want to make this STEM learning experience fun and exciting. We believe that little children have an amazing ability to easily learn scientific facts and vocabulary. We want to help them master the language of math & science that will greatly benefit them in their further education and professional work.
Teachers
Our teachers (tutors) have science teaching experience and/or degrees in science discipline. All our tutors have experience in child care, adult and infant CPR, and First Aid certification. We perform background checks for every teacher. Leni Tutors are also trained in early childhood education.
Mrs. Ximena
Spanish Language Teacher
Mrs. Ximena has 20 years of experience working with children ages 1 to 5. She is dedicated to educating young learners through interactive methods such as games and songs, with a strong emphasis on creating a loving and nurturing environment. She prioritizes making children feel comfortable and secure, believing that their sense of protection and having their needs met are paramount for effective learning.
Mrs. Ximena holds a master’s degree in education specializing in Emotional Intelligence. Her two decades of teaching experience, along with her tenure as the director of a daycare, have significantly contributed to her professional and personal development.
Mrs. Nadia
Math & Science (STEM) Teacher
Mrs. Nadia is a dedicated STEM educator specializing in math and science for children ages 2-5. With a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Finance and an impressive CGPA of 3.87, Nadia combines analytical skills with creativity in her teaching approach. Her unique background allows her to engage young minds in fun and meaningful ways.
Mrs. Nadia has 12 years of childcare experience, with over 3 years as a teacher in a daycare setting. She has a special talent for connecting with each child, ensuring their individual needs and goals are met. Nadia’s expertise spans a wide range of subjects, including physics, botany, chemistry, and zoology, which she teaches in fun and relatable ways. She is certified in CPR, first aid, and various early childhood care courses, prioritizing the safety and well-being of her students while creating a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, with reading knowledge of Arabic, Nadia effectively communicates with diverse families, making sure every parent feels informed and involved in their child’s education. She is excited to nurture your child's love for learning and lay a strong foundation for their future academic success.

to promote brain development in toddlers and preschoolers by teaching them broad science vocabulary, training memory, and practicing math and logic, which sets the stage for their academic and professional success.
History
Leni Tutors was founded by Elena Ramirez, a scientist and mother of three. Elena earned a Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology, as well as an engineering degree in biotechnology. She worked in the biomedical research field for 17 years. Driven by her passion for education, Elena is inspired to help young children grasp STEM concepts and foreign languages early on, empowering them to build a successful future.
